Roe Dry Curry / Parinjeen Vattichathu

Last week a friend asked me about managing my blog on a busy schedule. Yeah, its really difficult, time consuming, and sometimes I wouldn't have a good mood to do it. Thats why you see this recipe from my drafts, I was waiting for a nice picture to post this. I love this dish very much, a real yummy one!

Ingredients,
fresh fish egg / roe / caviare 1 cup
small onions 15
green chillies 2
curry leaves few
tamarind 1 small goose berry size
chilli powder 2 tsp
turmeric powder 1 tsp
coconut oil
salt

How I prepared,
Chop small onions and green chillies. Take paste of tamarind according to your taste. Cook every thing together except curry leaves and coconut oil. Cook until done. Reduce water. When it is about to remove from fire, add curry leaves and pour 1 table spoon coconut oil over it.
Enjoy!

    Shilpa,
We are in Dubai now, here we get plenty from the fish market. I think it is big fish's eggs like ayakkoora, avoli etc. We got once from Poonkunnam, Thrissur. Try to check there..
