Fish - 250 g
Red chilly powder -1 tsp or according to your taste
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Garlic and ginger paste – ½ tsp
Fennel seed powder – one pinch
Besan / Kadalamavu – ¼ tsp (for this type of fish)
Mix all the ingredients.Marinate fish with this.
Heat oil, fry.
