Cauliflower Curry



Ingredients
Cauliflower – 1 medium size
Tomato – 1
Onion – 1
Green chilly - 1
Garlic ginger paste – 1 tsp
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Coriander powder – 2 tsp
Chilly powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Coconut grated – 2 table spoon
Curry leaves,
Coconut oil
Salt
Coriander leaves

How to prepare
Heat little oil in a pan.
Fry grated coconut till brown.
Boil water.
Soak cauliflower in this for few minutes.
Remove.
Heat oil.
Saute chopped onions till transparent.
Add chopped tomato, garlic ginger paste, all the powders, salt in to this and stir.
Add cauliflower and mix well.
Let the masalas cover the cauliflower.
Blend fried coconut with little water.
Pour this into the above preparation.
Boil for few minutes, till the curry turns thick.

    This is Jeeva(Nimi's sister)....I am a great fan of your recipes...you are so perfect in cooking....This curry is the first one I tried...Trust me..I never knew Cauliflower curry can be soo tasty till I tired this...I prepared it again today so tought its time to leave you a comment...
    I have tried Chicken chettinad also..it was soo yummy...my friends liked it a lot..
    I live in USA...your blog helps me to cook good Indian food even being away from home...Thanks a lot..

    Good to have a site like this. I usually try ur recipes. In the above given recipe, you dint mention when to add curry leaves and criandwer leaves
