Cardamom Flavored Lime Ginger Juice



Ingredients and method

Lime / Cherunaaranga 1
ginger peeled 1/4 " piece
cardamom 1 or 2
sugar 3 Tbs
water 1 glass



Cut lemon into pieces. Remove seeds.Blend all the ingredients together. Strain. Serve immediatley. It may taste bitter if you keep it for long.
You can prepare this using the juice of lemon / lime too.For the first preparation no need to peel the lemon.

  13. This is amazing! I love sweet lime soda, and recently had far too many of them in Sth India. Also sugar cane, lime and ginger. So this is a new variation on the theme. I will be making it soon.

  17. Seena when I visited a restaurant some time back I had a ginger and lime drink. I am wondering if yours is the same....I will try your juice sometime as I am sure like all your recipes itr will be delicious. :-)
