pineapple chunks 1 cup
coconut grated 1/4 cup
cardamoms 2 small
sugar enough
chilled water 3/4 glass.
How I prepared,
Blend everything together and strain.
Add or reduce the quantity of water according to your taste.

Pineapple Coconut Delight / Cardamom Flavoured Pineapple Coconut Drink
A few of you may remember the famous "Pina colada " while seeing this.. This one has no connection with that, it's a Keralite naadan drink prepared using some sweet pineapple chunks and little coconut! This is completely home made, those lovely pineapple collected from the backyard and of-course coconut too.. I added some cardamoms and the outcome was a delicious lovely drink! Am sure you are going to love this.. :)
