Served this mutton kuruma with ghee rice , the bowl became empty within seconds! Every one loved it, so planning to prepare it again. Very busy this week, no time to chat, so guys try out this and leave your comments... :)

Ingredients,
mutton 1 kg
onion 3
tomato 2 big
green chillies 3
garlic cloves 7 big
ginger piece 2 "
mint leaves 6 chopped
coriander leaves few chopped
garam masala 1 tsp
pepper powder 1 tsp
red chilly powder 1 tsp or as per taste
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
coriander powder 2 Tbsp
curry leaves few
potato chopped 1 optional
oil
salt

How I Prepared,
Grind together to make a smooth paste,
coconut grated 1/2 cup
cashews 5
fennel seeds 1 pinch

Grind by adding enough water and keep aside.

Heat oil, saute onion until transparent and slightly brown.
Add ground garlic, ginger , green-chillies with finely chopped tomatoes.
Add little salt and stir until the tomatoes are cooked and mashed.
Put potato pieces, mutton, all the powders and chopped mint leaves, coriander leaves and curry leaves into this.
Check salt and add enough.
Add little water enough to cook, and cook until the mutton is done.
Approximately 4 or 6 whistles needed to pressure cook.
(Check after 4 whistles and if not done, make two more whistles.)
Allow to cool, open pressure cooker, pour the ground paste and boil.
(Add little water if needed to adjust the consistency).
Serve hot with ghee rice or porota, or chapati.!
