I usually use Aseel vegetable ghee for preparing such rice dishes. Since RKG is made from milk fat (butter), we use only a little amount of it while preparing biryani, that too in the last layering period only.So try other ghees (not pure ghee) next time.OK? Forgot to thank you in the previous comment..:) Seenahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02356269314896959306noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3826607463950411808.post-53564395800837341112008-02-14T14:17:00.000+04:002008-02-14T14:17:00.000+04:002008-02-14T14:17:00.000+04:00I used RKG Ghee...I used RKG Ghee...Saleenanoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3826607463950411808.post-80968502414080449442008-02-14T11:53:00.000+04:002008-02-14T11:53:00.000+04:002008-02-14T11:53:00.000+04:00Dear Saleena,It may be due to the color of ghee as...
Dear Saleena,
It may be due to the color of ghee as you said.
