Easy Chinagrass Pudding

Eid Mubarak to all my readers!
A reader had asked which type of cup am referring here to measure ingredients. It is ordinary tea cup.I usually find it difficult to follow a recipe which says to take ingredients in grams,ml etc, I think it would be easy for you to measure in tea cups. There would be little changes in the size of the cups, spoons etc which may affect the taste of the dish.So remember to measure the spicy, sweet and sour things as per your taste, or follow the recipe without any change if you are dare to do! :)

China grass pudding ingredients
china-grass / agar - agar 10 g
milk 4 cups
sugar as per taste
cardamoms 4 powdered
water little

How to prepare
Boil milk very well and keep aside.
Boil china-grass in little water and allow to melt it completely by stirring.
Add sugar to this.
Add this to milk, cardamoms and mix well.
Allow to cool, then refrigerate.
Cut in desired shapes.
You can directly add china grass to milk after boiling, but some times it curdles the milk , I think the reason is the quality of china-grass used.Normally china grass is available in 10gms packs , so buy it.

Hii.. I have tried making this one before seeing the recipe on the china-grass packet/cover. It was the first I had bought it and really didn't know what to do with it and hence decided to follow the recipe of the cover. It was good the first day and since I couldn't finish it the first I had left it in the fridge itself. But the next day, when I de-moulded it, it couldn't retain the shape. I had used a small aluminium mould. Any suggestion would be great :)
